All products offered as part of this sampling activity and all prizes as part of this activityare non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other products or cash, shall be accepted as they are and are subject to any terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Company providing the sample products. All product samples that are unclaimed or non-deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address shall be forfeited or disposed-off at the discretion of the Company. Any prizes that are unclaimed or non-deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address shall be forfeited or disposed-off at the discretion of the Company.
Product samples as part of this activity are being sent only for the personal use of the participants and it is not intended to be used for any commercial or trade purpose.
The sampling activity& related contestis not open to
- persons who have an agreement or contract with any third parties that prohibits them from participating in this;
- the employees (permanent or contract) and directors, including each of their immediate family members of the Company, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies; and
- advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of sample products, and persons or entities connected with the promotion of this activity.

Company shall not be responsible for any registrations made but not recorded due to any reason whatsoever. Only valid email addresses and postal addresses received & seen by Company during the activity period will be included in for this product sampling. Any automated receipt confirmation does not constitute proof of actual receipt.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any delay, failure in transmission of information due to network, technical, electronic failures, negligence of participant to read announcements/messages or any other conditions beyond the control of the Organizer.
The Company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any direct or indirect losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses in connection with your participation in this activity or any other reason incidental to such participation.
The Company shall not be liable for any delay in the product samples (or prizes as applicable) reaching the participant or delivery to wrong address if accurate and / or complete information has not been provided by the participant.
Where entries are submitted on behalf of a participant, Company assumes that approval for such submission and participation in the contest has been obtained from the participant, who is aware of the terms and conditions of the contest. It shall be presumed that any other person submitting an entry through participant’s instrument and/or login ID/password is doing so with participant’s consent and understands/agrees to these terms. Company shall not be responsible for any damage/injury/loss caused either to you or other user as a result of such use.
Each participant may request for product samples only once. This is also limited to product samples being sent to only one household in terms of the address being shared for dispatch. If the same address is being mentioned again, that household will not be eligible to receive product samples again.
The Company shall not be liable or held responsible for any error or negligence on part of the delivery agencies in delivering the product samples (or prizes as applicable) incorrectly or non-delivery to the participants, or for any other reasons whatsoever.
